Use the "Enquire about Travel Ban" eService on Bahrain's national portal (bahrain.bh). The Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Waqf provides it under Courts and Legislations.
Enter your Personal Number (the CPR number on your ID card). The service shows whether you can travel. If there is an amount due, it shows the total and lets you pay it online.
The portal lists a process time of 3 working days for a travel ban query. Allow time before a planned trip rather than checking on the day you fly.
Steps
- Open the 'Enquire about Travel Ban' eService on bahrain.bh.
- Enter your Personal Number (CPR).
- Check the result and pay any amount due shown on the screen.
- Allow up to the listed 3 working days for a travel ban query before you travel.
