- Muharraq Governorate: BBK Health Centre; Halat Bu Maher Health Center
- Capital Governorate: Jidhafs Health Center; Sitra Health Center
- Northern Governorate: Shaikh Jaber Al Ahmed Alsabah Health Center; Mohammad Jassim Kanoo Health Center
- Southern Governorate: Yusuf Abdul Rahman Engineer Health Center; Hamad Kanoo Health Center; Madinat Khalifa Health Center
Bahrain's primary care runs through 26 health centres and one clinic across four health governorates. Every citizen and resident is registered with the health centre for the area where they live. Hospital care is reached through a set referral system when needed.
