MOIC centre at Bahrain Financial Harbour for consumer complaints, trader disputes and sales permits.
The Ministry of Industry and Commerce's Consumer Protection Center, on the fifth floor at Bahrain Financial Harbour on the Manama seafront. It deals with shoppers' complaints against shops and traders and helps settle disputes, and also handles subsidised flour requests, sales and promotion campaign permits and enquiries about competition rules. It has its own consumer hotline and email.
